2. Approval: Once we receive your email, we will review the information and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage.
5. Exchange: If the item is found to be defective or damaged, we are will process the exchange and send you a replacement item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value or a store credit.
Damages and issues
